Emails, phone calls and notifications disrupt the meditation and even reflects the attentions of the members. If possible, try to go device-free during the meeting to put distraction to one side.

  • LIMITING THE MEMBERS TO MEET UP

Too many cooks spoil the broth, and too many people make for ineffective meetings. Keep meeting between 4-7 persons. Moreover, carrying those members into the meeting, which are hard workers and intelligent, to derive an effective output or results.

  • KEEPING MEETINGS SHORTERN

In shorter meetings, people tend to focus more and working faster. So ideally meetings should last no more than an hour. A few minutes are enough to discuss any matter, when two and more persons gathered for the same purpose.

  • USE THE LAST 10 MINUTES TO RECAP
